He is an ordinary employee in the automatic welding position of Pipe Workshop 3. However, once faced with urgent, difficult, and dangerous tasks, he demonstrated responsibility and commitment through practical actions.

In February, Workshop 3 undertook the manufacturing task of high-grade materials for the G15-113 project. The automatic welding sequence he is in is responsible for the butt welding of connecting pipes, implementing a two shift system in the morning and evening. However, one of the colleagues in one shift had difficulty meeting the welding quality requirements for high-grade materials, resulting in a significant reduction in production efficiency, tight delivery deadlines, and time waits for no one. He took the initiative to approach the workshop director and volunteered, deciding to take on two shifts of welding production alone. From then on, every morning at 7:30, he started his busy day and continued until late at night.

During the long working hours, he also felt exhausted, and the idea of giving up on such high-intensity tasks flashed through his mind. But in the end, his deep sense of responsibility towards the collective triumphed over everything. In his opinion, only when the collective task is successfully completed can individual efforts be meaningful.
