This emergency mission was marked by a tight schedule and an overwhelming production workload. Under mounting delivery pressures, this frontline “hard worker” led by example, taking the lead and staying on the production floor for over a month straight, spearheading overtime efforts to overcome critical challenges. He maintained constant oversight of production progress, promptly resolved various bottlenecks, and energized the entire team, guiding them to work in unison and push forward around the clock.

Under his overall coordination and leadership, the team rallied together, worked in unison, and successfully completed all production schedules on time, laying a solid foundation for the smooth shipment of products and ensuring adherence to key delivery milestones.
