Whenever a new product model is launched, he takes charge of the welding‑machine commissioning, leveraging his seasoned expertise to swiftly fine‑tune parameters and ensure smooth, efficient production transitions. In terms of quality control, he rigorously adheres to process standards, meticulously monitoring every welding detail, thereby maintaining a consistent 99% weld‑pass rate across the team. He also oversees the team’s 5S site‑management program, refining procedures for area layout, material storage, equipment maintenance, and other key aspects, consistently ranking at the top in on‑site performance evaluations.
