In November last year, due to a sudden increase in workload, his superiors sent him from surface inspection to DR inspection process to assist. At first, he was not familiar with DR inspection knowledge, but this did not stump him. While learning solid basic skills, he verified details, reported in a timely manner, and tracked feedback in the practical process. He gradually grew from a surface inspection personnel to the main force of the process, and was able to independently conduct DR inspection of pipe systems, water-cooled walls, and H-type economizer products. When the production line is busy, he leverages his multi skill advantage. After finishing the DR inspection workload during the day, he works overtime at night to do surface inspection work, fully meeting the production schedule of the workshop and defending product quality.

He built a quality fortress for the company with an ordinary childlike heart.
