Master Yang is a pipe bending assistant worker for Line 3. When the production of Line 4 declined due to the lack of proficiency in the skills of newly recruited assistant workers, he did not hesitate to cross the line to provide support. On the position of Line 4, he worked as both an operator and a "master craftsman", efficiently completing chamfering operations, ensuring that the production schedule was not out of sync, while explaining skills in detail, teaching new employees hand in hand, and sharing years of accumulated "technical experience".

In just 9 days, the new employee mastered the basic chamfering skills proficiently, and only needed him to assist in key processes such as machine adjustment and sharpening. It is precisely this proactive role in filling positions and precise guidance that has enabled the two production lines to quickly return to the rhythm of efficient operation, stabilizing the production progress. He has engraved the word 'collaboration' into the smooth operation of the production line through his actions.
