In the F11-295 project in April, he improved the operation methods through refinement, increasing the daily output from 580 units to 600 units and achieving a qualification rate of over 98%, providing a strong guarantee for the order delivery date.
Over the years, he has made significant contributions to training new employees. Most of the automatic welders on the sixth and seventh production lines were trained by him. Even during this year's high-intensity operations, he still provided meticulous guidance, and his apprentices were able to start working within two months.
