As the year turns and new chapters unfold, our company’s 2025-2026 annual awards ceremony and general meeting kicked off on the afternoon of January 17 at the workshop site.

All employees, labor partners, and guests of the company gathered together, solemnly honoring achievements and joyfully singing songs, collectively etching a precious mark that belongs to every hardworking individual.

Summarize the past, recognize outstanding achievements, and unite our strength.

Accompanied by the rousing "March of the Volunteers," the conference officially kicked off.

At the meeting, General Manager Tan comprehensively reviewed the company’s remarkable achievements in 2025 and, on behalf of the management team, expressed heartfelt gratitude to all employees. While acknowledging these accomplishments, he also outlined the plans for the coming year, inspiring and energizing every employee in attendance.

Next, we moved on to the highly anticipated recognition ceremony. Outstanding employees and advanced teams demonstrated exceptional performance over the past year, firmly rooted in their positions and showcasing remarkable resilience in tackling challenges and taking on responsibilities with courage.

Finally, Chairman Chen delivered an important speech. Grounded in industry development trends and the company’s strategic positioning, he outlined a compelling vision for the company’s future development, injecting powerful spiritual motivation into all employees.

Cheerful songs and laughter greet the New Year’s gala, celebrating reunion.

As the company’s management took the stage and raised their glasses together, the dinner party officially began.

The dance “Decorating with Lanterns and Festive Colors” took the stage first, with seven performers—including Qian Lingling and Huang Cheng—using graceful and lively movements to convey the joy of bidding farewell to the old year and welcoming the new.

The sketch “Fortune-Telling,” performed by Shao Xiangfu, Yao Bintao, and two other performers, had the entire audience in stitches with laughter.

The interactive games “Drive the Horse into the Stable” and “Lift the Balloon, Write a Blessing” ignited the atmosphere at the scene.

The dance “Hero’s Song,” performed by seven recent graduates from the Quality Department, including Zhao Hualei and Zhou Jinyang, showcases the vigorous energy of the young “green leaves” generation.

Finally, the grand chorus “Green Leaves Bloom Along the Way,” performed by Wei Weihong, Zhang Ziheng, and three other members, conveyed heartfelt blessings for the company and their colleagues.

Lucky draw, exciting interactive activities ignite the atmosphere.

In addition to the exciting performances, the successive raffles were even more thrilling.

The owner’s representative and the supervisors were the first to draw 150 lucky prizes for everyone.  

Outstanding team leaders Jing Xiaoming and Wang Xin drew 60 third-place winners.

Gao Lei, Ling Yufeng, and five other management representatives drew 50 second-prize winners.

General Tan, General Feng, and General Cai drew 30 first-prize winners.
