As a preliminary process, drilling is closely linked to the progress of the entire production line. During the two months when his colleague was on medical leave, there was a risk of disruption in the workflow. At that critical moment, he voluntarily stepped in to take over the duties, arriving at work early each day to debug equipment and verify blueprints. He would spend hours hunched over the machine tool, yet the aches in his wrists and lower back never slowed him down. Relying on his solid skills and strong sense of responsibility, he achieved zero errors and zero delays in drilling operations, firmly establishing a robust foundation for production.

During the lull in production, when there was a shortage of workers for processes like cutting and chamfering, he would proactively step in to fill in—his colleagues all call him the “go-to guy for last-minute coverage.”

After many years on the job, his work uniform has frayed at the edges, and his hands are covered with layers of calluses—but he continues to devote himself to his post with unwavering enthusiasm, ensuring that the positive energy of dedication and love for one’s work keeps spreading throughout the workshop.
