The welding of water-cooled walls places extremely stringent demands on precision and quality. The average pass rate for this process is only 93%. However, in projects such as 2025-04-014, 2025-04-019, and 2025-07-015, the team achieved a pass rate of over 98% for more than 3,000 weld joints. Many of these weld joints even met the high-quality standard of being “flawless and requiring zero rework,” thus achieving both superior quality and efficiency.

The exceptionally high pass rate not only lays a solid foundation for product quality and ensures smooth production progress, but also significantly reduces the frequency of rework, removing obstacles and enabling efficient advancement of the assembly process.
